Cooking Instructions

In small sauce pan or microwave safe bowl, combine coconut milk, salt, sugar and heat until dissolved, stirring regularly.

Peel and slice ripe mango into 1 inch strips.

Pour coconut milk mixture over prepared rice, top with sliced mangoes and sprinkle with lime zest.
